Individual Reservations

• Standard Cancellation Policy

• Cancel 31 days or more before arrival: No cancellation fee.

• Cancel 30 days or less before arrival: A cancellation fee equal to 2 room nights per room cancelled will apply.

• Holiday & Event Periods
   

The following periods require additional notice:

• Regatta

• Thanksgiving

• Christmas & New Year's

• Carnival Week
   

For reservations during these periods:

Cancel 61 days or more before arrival: No cancellation fee.
Cancel 60 days or less before arrival: A cancellation fee equal to 2 room nights per room cancelled will apply.

Please note: Christmas and New Year's reservations require a minimum stay of 7 nights.

No-Shows

Reservations cancelled on the arrival date, or guests who fail to arrive, are not eligible for refunds or credits.

For Regatta, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's, and Carnival Week:

• Cancel 61 days or more before arrival: No cancellation fee.

• Cancel 60 days or less before arrival: A cancellation fee equal to 2 room nights per room cancelled will apply.
   

No-Shows

Deposits & Final Payments

Individual Reservations

Deposit: $100 per person
 

Final Payment Due:

• Regular reservations: 45 days before arrival

• Holiday & Event periods: 60 days before arrival

Group Reservations
 

Deposit Requirements

• Up to 6 rooms: $500 per group

• 7–10 rooms: $1,000 per group

• 11 or more rooms: $1,500 per group, plus an additional $1,500 due three months after the initial deposit
   

Final Payment Due

• Regular reservations: 45 days before arrival

• Holiday & Event periods: 60 days before arrival

Important Information
 

Reservations are held temporarily until the required deposit is received.
 

• Individual reservations without a deposit will be automatically cancelled after 15 days.

• Group reservations without a deposit will be automatically cancelled after 22 days.
   

Reinstatement of cancelled reservations is subject to availability.
